Cd Album

Cd cover for band Wolfmother.(www.cdcovers.cc) This album cover caught my eye a while ago and I never forgot it. The mythical/spiritual female figure is centralised with the light highlighting her as she is surrounded by shadows..makes the contrast. It is reminiscent of the Renaissance style of painting. There is alot of movement in this image with diagonals and curves.

Gothic Princess (http://www.impactposters.com/shopdisplayproducts.asp?page=5) These sorts of images appeal to me. This is dark, moody yet striking and feminine. Captures the eye immediately with the image being central. The saturation of the colour red is velvet-like.
